Welcome to LokinLable (https://lokinlable.com). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

By using this website, you agree to electronic communication and electronic acceptance of these Terms. All notices, agreements, and disclosures that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Us

LokinLable is a curated online boutique based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario, Canada. We offer a handpicked selection of fashion, beauty, and skincare products. All items are personally tested and selected by our team.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

3. Products & Pricing

Our store base currency is Canadian Dollars (CAD). Product and shipping base prices are set in CAD.
For customer convenience, checkout may display prices in a local currency based on geolocation or currency selection. Any converted amount is shown as an estimate using the exchange rate configured in our payment/currency system at the time of checkout.
Shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds are also converted at checkout from CAD to the selected currency. Base shipping terms remain: Canada (CAD 15, free from CAD 100), United States (CAD 30, free from CAD 149), International (CAD 49).
The final amount charged is the amount confirmed at checkout and authorized by your payment provider. Exchange rates, rounding rules, and payment-provider processing may cause minor differences from earlier displayed amounts.
The final transaction may still be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), depending on the payment method used. Your payment provider or bank may apply its own currency conversion rate and fees, which are outside of our control.
We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and pricing accurately. If a pricing or configuration error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it, cancel the affected order, and issue a full refund where payment has already been captured.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, reject bulk/commercial quantities, or discontinue any product at any time.
Colors and visual appearance may vary slightly from website images due to lighting, editing, and device display settings.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.
You will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
Payments are processed securely through PayPal, which supports PayPal balance, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and others).
Your order will not be shipped or prepared for pickup until full payment has been received.
All transactions are subject to verification and fraud screening. We may request additional information to confirm your identity before processing an order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized transactions, or abuse of promotional offers. In such cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we reserve the right to suspend account access and future orders pending resolution. We will cooperate with the payment processor’s investigation and provide transaction evidence as needed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Canada, to the United States, and internationally. Shipping rates are as follows:

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (where available).
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers once the package has been dispatched. However, we will assist customers in resolving issues with lost or damaged packages where possible. If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to find a resolution.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

6. Local Pickup (GTA)

Free local pickup is available at select locations in the Greater Toronto Area.
After placing your order with the “Pickup” option, we will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours to coordinate the pickup time and location.
Please provide a valid phone number / WhatsApp contact during checkout so we can reach you. By providing your phone number at checkout, you consent to being contacted via messaging services such as WhatsApp for order-related communications, including pickup coordination, delivery updates, and order inquiries.
Orders must be picked up within 7 days of the scheduled pickup date.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please make sure to read all product descriptions, model measurements, and size details carefully before placing your order. We provide clear, honest, and accurate information about every item — no hidden details, no surprises.

Every item is thoroughly inspected for quality and potential damage before shipping to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to hygiene and quality control standards, we are unable to accept any items back once they have left our hands.

If you are unsure about sizing, fit, or fabric, please contact us before placing your order — we are happy to help you make the right choice.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +1 (437) 800-8608 with your order number and photos of the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Ontario Consumer Protection Act or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped or prepared for pickup.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp.
If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and design — is the property of LokinLable or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

10. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

Use the website for any unlawful purpose;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website;
Submit false or misleading information;
Interfere with the proper functioning of the website;

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LokinLable and its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or the purchase of any products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided “as is.” While we carefully curate and test our products, we do not guarantee specific results from the use of any skincare or beauty product. Individual results may vary. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, please review product ingredients before purchasing. LokinLable is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from the misuse of products or failure to follow product instructions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

These Terms apply to all users regardless of location. However, if you are accessing our website from outside Canada, some jurisdictions may provide additional consumer rights that cannot be waived by agreement. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page.
